AS A MERE SPECTATOR to recent suspensions, I have followed KMA_ & GTGP to possibly learn more. I have never been involved in both suspended stocks, I am just neutral and curious.
Because the Butte blogger was a center of interest with constant claims of info, I decided to dig or do some DD there.
His email is available on his blog and below are my conversations with him. My first email to him is at the very bottom.

From the exchange with him (John Issacson), I am of the opinion that the Butte Updater is NOT first n foremost a GTGP/GTHI/Jim critic, but "The Updater issue for the last 25 years is the generally corrupt politics of the MSE leadership".

I seem to have gleaned from John (who seems very in touch with MSE) that MSE is actually in very bad shape as a company, not least, financially. MSE's history, financial health and overall shape, per John's description, surely does NOT impress me.

MSE just seems VERY desperate (as u can read from the exchange below)

My exchange with John started yesterday, on Sunday, and continued until today. I do not want to be entangled in GTGP board's scruples and so have hesitated to post here. Also, as there MIGHT have been a deal put out in PR today, I decided to wait and find out more.
But since GTGP/Jim is silent today, I decided to share my exchange which has been permitted by John, so that it adds another angle to this matter.

I'm just a DD guy, and I must say, GTGP has been a digfest for many posters on this board. It has been an interesting quiet read for me.

It could be an issue if he wished to operate in Montana under Global Technologies Group, Inc. He would have to somehow buy that name - which usually pretty manageable. Agreed otherwise

I doubt the current Montana Global has anything to do with Jim, based on the date of incorp.
And GTGP is already incorp under FL SOS.

It was an earlier incorporation presently held by a straw party. One implication is that GTGP would have to buy that corporation in Montana because of the name conflict. A buy in GTHI would make more sense from at least the name issue in Montana point of view

I saw your blog this morning, I believe this is the link from your latest update?
https://app.mt.gov/cgi-bin/bes/besCertificate.cgi?action=detail&bessearch=D175429&trans_id=besa122741411181d3d00
Among the limited information, it says...
Date of Incorporation: 10/03/2007
Last AR Filed: 01/13/2012
Does that mean it is NOT a new registration at Montana SOS?

I think you read it right

Yea...so it just puzzles me that a deal will close, from what u stated.
I can only think the MSE is very very desperate...in need of any financial help?
Perhaps that is why GTHI/GTGP can take advantage of them in the first place?

It is hard to see that union as anything but real difficulties for both - that is why the union seems so improbable. MSE is in a terribly weak position - and Fallacaro-GTGP in a ton of civil problems, at the very best. Other than some money at risk - perhaps a lot of money - the GTGP shareholders seem clear of it all

OK. Might share if I decide to be entangled into the forum fiasco. So far, I have merely been a reader.

What are your thoughts if it indeed closes between GTHI/GTGP & MSE?

From what you have described about the 2/3 entities, it seems a marriage of dubious bad & bankrupt bad...

Feel free to share it. My belief is that is a closing - that is because of the way I asked the question - I asked about it as a closing - and got the answer I posted.

John,

would it be ok, if I shared your insightful email on the dramatic GTGP forum so they have a better idea?

Also, when u mentioned "there is a MSE Sale for Stock", u simply mean the start of the sale process like an LOI or completion of a deal?

Thanks and regards
Jon

Good Morning:

The Updater issue for the last 25 years is the generally corrupt politics of the MSE leadership - including 13 felony charges in 2001 - and those crimes done largely by the leadership crew that is presently running the place. What is important to us is how MSE or a successor conducts itself in the community.

An MSE sale to almost anybody that changes its direction, or at least gets enough green cash into the operation for it to fulfull its community obligations is a good thing.

Our issues with Global relate to how it will operate in Butte. Nothing in the Fallacaro background on the records leads to a positive view of the transaction - although around here it is our collective opinion that at best MSE may pay some bills with the deal.

GTGP is at best an amusement to watch - nothing suggests that that Group is a player when you get right down to it - the deal has always been directed to GTHI - all the hocus pocus on the Global page has only one interest to us - hundreds of people related to this transaction read the Updater - and a significant number buy stuff on the google ads, and the is good for our bank account.

To be precise about your question. Our best information source on MSE - who has been in that conversation forever - who has no financial interest in the deal - but has never missed on his estimate of MSE situations has said for months that the deal would close if there was enough green money involved to solve MSE's own issues. That source's judgment is that there will a deal to be announced Monday or Tuesday - based in part on GTHI stock. Hence - our position last night.

In total candor - I will be impressed if it finally happens because Fallacaro - even with the strange corporate and business background - and precarious setting with the SEC - may well be the victim in this transaction.

So we will watch with interest too. One interesting little twist - Tim Trainer at the Standard has left the paper - so the Standard will have no aggressive reporting, and has no interest in making it a big deal.

Dear John,

I am a follower of your site, as a follower of the GTGP drama.

U can say I'm an investor on the sidelines, as I am not currently invested in GTGP.

I was surprised when u said there IS an on-going deal between MSE n Global and that the deal is near to closing.

Is that true? The sudden change of tune is in stark contrast to your usual stance towards the deal.

Jonah
