I covered at 20 cents.

50k shares, so I guess I am the one "loading up." Was a very hard cover with market makers backing away from offers. I finally gave my broker a higher limit to work with and he got it done a little less than 20.

I think this is a zero. But didnt want to risk some weird dividend game with GTHI. I suspect Fallacaro will get the deal done, announce a new GTHI dividend (with some bogus excuse for why it didn't get done before) and then dump his GTGP shares into the resulting excitement and walk away. He will need some source of cash to keep going until he can get another public shell for GTHI/MSE and GTGP is the only paper he has to sell right now.
