The last activity on the Nevada Sec of State website appears to be a stock split?

I'm new to I-HUB so I don't know anything about other posters here. Would the person you referenced posting in June 2012 - about an event that happened in September 2011 - really cause something like 10% of outstanding shares to change hands in one day?

I'm not the smartest tool in the shed (or clown in the circus) so I'm not sure what the filing below means. Split? Reverse split? I thought the last SEC filing that mentioned total outstanding shares - from early 2009 - showed something like 60 million shares outstanding. If the filing below has gone into effect, the current # of shares is either much lower or higher.
