Neither can I. Except an apparent new website...an apparent new name...and a recent huge spike in price and volume. Insider(s)? Hedge Fund(s)? Who? Why? I have no idea. But the sudden and violent volume spike out of nowhere got my attention.

Also saw this from a year ago.
http://about.intuit.com/about_intuit/press_room/press_release/articles/2011/EncounterPRO.html

But no SEC filings (non-reporting) since July 2009. Nada. Zip.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001108088&owner=include&count=40&hidefilings=0

It's all a guess - and just a lot of noise - until there's real numbers in a signed K or Q. But it IS interesting that both
http://www.encounterpro.com & http://xcitehealth.com lead to the Xcite Health website. Why create a new website if you're going belly up? Not sure.

Georgia Secretary of State (where WIFM is located) shows the following for Xcite Health Corp, under "Search for a Corporation" http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/corp/soskb/Corp.asp?1895280

This is what Wifimed Holdings shows on the same Georgia Secretary of State site.
http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/corp/soskb/Corp.asp?1448525

Do both companies currently exist? Is Xcite a new subsidiary? Does Xcite = encounterpro? (Same EXACT suite number.)

But there is nothing about shareholders, SEC filings, etc. on the new website. Why? There are way more questions than answers right now. Hopefully that will change.
