New Email from Donald McSwain 9/25/2012

I tried getting the Share Structure from the
Transfer Agent but no Luck... They won't release
it to me unless I had some register number the only
person who can do that is the Broker (fidelity) but
they said to get it from a 3rd party website which I
thought was GAY... I called the company but it goes
through a switchboard and left a message.

He did mention about finalization on his part of responsiblity...
Interesting... Something is gonna come up!!!

Again I am the technology lead and I don't work with the financial side. Mr Volk is the POC for your issues and questions. I don't know about the share structure. I know he is quite busy with all this as I am with finalization of my areas of responsibility and he may be on travel, I am not sure as I don't keep his schedule. When I hear from him, I shall ask him to catch up on his messages.

I did call the Transfer Agent from First American Stock Transfer Inc. but they said the company should be able to give that information.

I also called your company at 775-398-3138 and a lady picked up the phone and transferred me to Voice mail. I left several message but no answers.

If you know who else I can reach to or if you have any information to help me
as this will bring more confidence to the investors and well as future investors.

If you can please help me as this will help to to find out if there was any changes
since then.
