What does Nevada have do to with Kansas?

I've already established that a business entity operating in Kansas, needs to be registered in Kansas. To be honest, I believe this is a REQUIREMENT in EVERY state.

Very simple. Very basic, business practice.

Not here though. I couldn't find a business registration in Nebraska either. They claim to have had a "warehouse" there in 2010-2011.
