friend I am not fully understanding of why the SEC only waits till after they sell shares to protect the Market makers and the banks.
They do it and the rules say you have to file forms on the pinks to the upper line after the 15 is filed.
if they do not and shares get sold the SEC is proactive to come in and shut it down to protect the banks only.
it may or may not happen here and I will sell the few dollars I have here now as quick as possible with the volume.
\Please add all the volume as it makes it easier to make a great profit.
I do not push these sot kc anymore now as I do not want to see anyone get stuck but I do throw money at them and make some good change.
