Stanley Wilson resigned from AERN 9/1 which was before the suspension. My understanding is that AERN did a 504 exchange of shares with a NY hedge fund. The SEC went after the NY fund and everyone who did a 504 exchange with them to induce trading. USRI never had any dealings with the NY fund. While AERN is a clear case of a P/D, that is not the case with this stock. Months ago USRI told AERN in writing to "cease" any public communications regarding USRI.
