10:42 AM EDT, 09/20/2012 (MidnightTrader) -- NII Holdings, Inc. (NIHD) is up 16.6% at $8.17, but off a day's high of $8.26, after reports that NIHD CEO Steven Dussek yesterday bought 42,402 shares of the company at $7-$7.10, bringing his stake to 218,445 shares.

NIHD trades in a 52-week range of $5.65 - $34.75. Shares have fallen 77% in the last 12 months.
