I think that dilution story was cut dead along time ago. there are absolutely NO FACTS that any dilution took place that is silly.

Fast forward to 7/24/12

Shares Outstanding 8,710,352 a/o July 24, 2012
Float 4,114,510 a/o July 24, 2012
Authorized Shares 475,000,000 a/o July 24, 2012

The only change going back to Feb. is the 811 shares added to the float, which may just be an adjustment in the DTC totals. (Notwithstanding the A\S adjustment)

There was no real need to bother with the most recent campaign as nothing has changed anyway.

Throught July 31, 2012 the Company has issued 7,750,559 shares of common stock. This
included 2,500,000 in conjunction with the conversion of long term notes payable, 750,000
as additional capital, 4,500,000 issued to a charitable organization, and 559 issued for other
purposes.
