Harleys are too loud - We need stricter EPA penalties
The loud bike fad been long over and the loud bikes become
a public health hazzard. Loud pipes to be major cause to the rise of permanent hearing damage even to people who often walk outside near the street. Many are so loud it like you stuffed a firecracka in your ear.
"The National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) reports that exposure to loud sounds that last a long time, such as driving a car with a loud exhaust, can damage the small sensory cells in the ear. Unfortunately these cells, once damaged, do not grow back or repair themselves. The NIDCD further notes that long or repeated exposure to sounds at or above 85 decibels can cause hearing loss. The decibel level of some motorcycles can be up to 150 decibels."

The EPA need to crack down on the noise of all vehicles and
make manditory gas milege be 60mpg for all motorcycles
or sell quiet electric bikes, or NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL
IN THE US. And they should make insurance companies not
sell insurance to loud bikers cause they distract other
drivers and cause accidents.

I want to see federal and class action lawsuits against all motorcycle and car companies who refuse to design their bikes and trucks not to run when some one puts on illegal pipes from ending up on their exhaust. Any shop owners who install loud pipes to be shut down and sued by the EPA with stiff fines. And also legal action against company commercials promoting loud pipes.
