It looks like it,

when I went to sell my shares back when they took all but 2 shares
lol. I got a written consent of what they'll be voting on in a shareholder's meeting.

6)Authorization to amend and restate the Company's Articles of
Incorporationas to conform with the newly-enacted Texas Business
Organization Code, together with other administrative amenments.
