The BOD is working to upgrade auditors to a big 4
or 6 accounting firm and has had preliminary discussions
with all of these audit firms.

The CFO also stressed again that managment is very eager
to upgrade its auditor for 2012 to assure the world
the company is about maintaining a well controlled internal
accounting procedure.Then Kevin quoted Toups "the CEO and board wants a bigger name auditor in 2012 regardless."

Toups made himself clear about upgrading auditors!

That was all garbage talk from Toups.No Upgrade ever
happen.LPH doesn't really doesn't care what the world thinks after all.Talk is very cheap at LPH.imo
