News: LAKEWOOD, CO, Sep 13, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (OTCQB: CGFID) (OTCQB: CGFIA) announces that the Company has received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. ("FINRA"), of its 5000:1 reverse stock split. Beginning September 12, 2012, the symbol will be "CGFID." After 20 business days, the symbol will revert to the original symbol, "CGFIA."
