1) PR announcing some tremendous new thing. Mobile tape drives,45 sites in Fla., P20 ships, sites in OH, etc. Everybody assumes such new thing has commenced.
2) Three quarters later when no revenue shows up people rationalize and explain that the company said commence and they are still commencing. After all things take time to commence.
3) Another three quarters pass and still nothing. But lo and behold, we are now regaled with how they have just now commenced actual commercial operations. Whatever they commenced before was not commercial hence the lack of revenue.
4) Another three quarters pass with nothing but we are regaled with a new twist and turn that is even more BEASTLY AWESOME. So amazing is the "new thing" that is going to be even bigger and better than ever expected, but alas it's going to take just a little longer.
5) Another three quarters pass and people start saying WTF? But when people say WTF other people say why are you talking about things 3 years ago? Kind of funny when you think about it.
Did I just describe JBI or about every pink sheet scam out there? I am not sure.
