Revolutionary new product in battery industry Zombi Charger coming on market:

See website: http://www.zombiechargers.com/

We here at Legends think the evolution of the battery charger can be a game changer in the green energy marketplace," said Rudy Sablon, President and CEO of Legends. In our opinion, current battery charging technology is inadequate, inefficient, and one directional. These issues tend to lead to higher costs, lower performance, and decreased longevity. With these restrictions we cannot move from fossil fuels to clean energy economically and successfully. "The need for new efficient energy storage technology is now, and Legends thinks it has found it!"

LGBS announced it has completed an agreement under which Legends has the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute the Multi-Function Charge Controller (MFCC).

Under the terms of the agreement, Legends Business Group will have the rights to beta test, manufacture and distribute the MFCC in exchange for ten million shares of restricted common stock and a small percentage of gross revenue per unit. In addition to exercising its new rights, Legends has also agreed that it will make its' best efforts to become a fully reporting Bulletin Board company by the end of the fourth reporting quarter of 2012.

"Since discovering the existence of the MFCC, Legends has been working along side of its creator to ensure this product became a reality," said Rudy Sablon, LGBS's President and CEO. "I'm proud to finally announce this long awaited unveiling."

Zombi Charger showing most amazing result:

Legend's test consisted of taking an ordinary golf cart, replacing its roof with a custom solar panel, and then testing it while playing a standard 18 holes of golf. "This test was performed in a non certified laboratory over a six-month period with one goal in mind, to not just play one round of golf, but play many rounds over a six month period," said Rudy Sablon, LGBS's President and CEO. The main stipulation of this independent test was the golf cart could not be charged using a conventional style charger plugged directly into any standard power outlet. "I am excited to announce that the findings the company documented surpassed our expectations," said Rudy Sablon. He continued, "Six months after we initiated our test, the golf cart is still being charged from the MFCC. As a result of the MFCC's charging capabilities the batteries of the cart now rest at 39.2V. Prior to the installation of the MFCC, the batteries rested at 37.4 volts." Resting voltage(s) will vary based on battery health and sunlight conditions.

Legends' tests additionally found that if the cart was driven for 15 minutes, the batteries returned to its full state of charge with only 15 minutes of charging while in full sun. Their findings concluded the MFCC allowed the batteries to hold its charge longer, in turn eliminating the need to charge the batteries after returning from a standard round of golf.

Although the results of testing have proved to be very positive, future tests are still needed to determine how long a cart can run without consuming any public utility power. Legends' goal is to perform real world testing, emulating conditions found in retirement villages, golf courses, and major theme parks. With this goal in mind the company has set out to prove the MFCC is like no other battery charger and they aim to prove this via independent third party testing.

Legends Reveals Zombie Chargers as the Name for Its New Product Line
egends Business Group (LGBS:PK), the company who is bringing out the Multi-Function Charger Controller, today announced the unveiling of its product line name, product line domain, and final design of the MFCC. In addition to this launch, Legend's is proud to declare a competition for creating a logo for its new product line.

During tests and reviewing other work of the inventor (pending product acquisition), it was noted that some of the chargers and future products have the potential to bring almost dead batteries back to life. With this in mind, Legends has chosen the name Zombie Chargers for its new product line. The MFCC is the first product of a line of chargers and restorers. The MFCC's final design added a compact and modern green aluminum case, high-density wiring, and an easy to use interface. Legends also has taken control of the domain www.Zombiechargers.com. This domain will be used as the exclusive homepage for the MFCC and any other related products in the Zombie Charger line.

"As the company's first product release, we wanted to celebrate by letting our stockholders and the general public come up with the logo for our new product line, Zombie Chargers," said Rudy Sablon, LGBS's President and CEO. You can help in this logo design by visiting: http://www.Zombiechargers.com/. The winner of the logo design competition will receive one of the first MFCCs manufactured in production.

Legends Applies for Its First U.S. Patent

Legends Business Group (LGBS: PK), the company who is bringing out the Multi-Function Charger Controller (MFCC), today has announced that they have retained counsel to apply for a patent for their digitally controlled MFCC. This will be the first time Legends has applied for a U.S. patent.

"We have been working hard at Legends to bring the MFCC to completion," said Rudy Sablon, LGBS's President and CEO. "The accumulation of all this work has led to Legends first U.S patent application and we feel the company is on the way to becoming patent pending this week." Through this major step of safeguarding the MFCC, Legends intends to ensure its success in protecting its intellectual property rights.

According to the US Patent and Trademark Office, a patent is an intellectual property right granted by the Government of the United States of America to an inventor, or owner of patent, the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, or selling the invention throughout the United States or importing the invention into the United States.

Legends in Negotiations With Multiple Third Party Testing Companies

Legends is in the process of selecting an independent company to test the MFCC for efficiencies and performance. "With the MFCC now patent pending we feel it is ready for independent testing," said Rudy Sablon, LGBS's President and CEO. "After consulting with several third party testing companies, we narrowed it down to a select few with enough experience to do the job."

The initial test for the MFCC will attempt to verify that the MFCC uses approximately 90% less power from the grid than the standard 36V, 16A golf cart charger. The MFCC will be tested against a standard 36V, 16A golf cart charger, charge and drain a 36v lead acid battery bank repeatedly for one week. "

Legends has executed an NDA with one of the third party testing company’s it has been in negotiations with over the last few weeks. This company has over 100 years of combined product testing experience and is knowledgeable on green energy and battery technology. This step is the first of many in reaching the company goal of independently testing efficiency’s and performance of the MFCC.
