There are dated material included in the below links that suggest Motion DNA is not part of Sports Concept.

At this time in 2012 Zig Ziegler [check the last 8 or so links] is still working as a Sports Kinesiologist and has to in 2012 with the Portland Trailblazers. He has his own site listed.
He has further used the technology Motion DNA at other websites listed below.

My impression at this moment is this with prior research.

Sports Concepts owns the rights too Motion DNA.
Prior President of SCPT Michelle Thomas could still play a role here. So I'm thinking without Motion DNA technology that is currently being used by Zig, there is no reason WHY SCPT could be trading.

So, and that said... I believe there is something in the works [speculation on my part] to allow SCPT too work with Motion DNA and it's technology. And, most importantly, this guy Zig Ziegler could play a very very small roll in this from the standpoint of hands on, just like he is currently with Professional Sports Figures...

This is my best guesstimate at this moment, because without the combined SCPT/Tech-Motion DNA there really isn't a story.

Let's see what next week brings.

I'm 100% convinced this technology still have value.
I'm about 75% convinced Motion DNA and it's technology is part of SCPT.

Evidentently this Zig guy throws some weight around still in 2012 even after his conviction.

In a separate case, the Commission issued a default order against former Scottsdale resident, Larry
Wayne Ziegler and his affiliated company, Motion DNA, Inc., requiring them to pay $550,712 in
restitution and $100,000 in administrative penalties for committing securities fraud. The Commission
found that Ziegler, who was the president of Motion DNA, Inc., touted that his company’s proprietary
software would enable athletes, coaches and trainers to analyze human movement, improve athletic
performance and prevent sports-related injuries. The Commission found that while not registered to offer
or sell securities in Arizona, Ziegler sold the investment program to at least five investors who thought
they were buying stock in Motion DNA, but Ziegler provided investors with stock in other companies.
Additionally, the Commission found that instead of using investor funds to register Motion DNA as a
publicly traded company, Ziegler made mortgage payments and cash withdrawals.
