I wanted to creat a board focusing on Bottom Bounce Breakout stocks. What do you all think the criteria should be for stocks worth of posting on this board?

I was thinking :

Bottom - A stock that is within 10% of 52 week low??
Bounce - A stock coming out of oversold??
Breakout - A stock that is running more then 25%???
