2:09AM Jazz Pharma sells its Women's Health Business to Meda for $95 mln in cash (JAZZ) 20.66 : Co announces a definitive agreement to sell its women's health business, which includes six products, to Meda for $95 mln in cash. The products included in the sale are Elestrin, Gastrocrom, Natelle One, AVC Cream, Gesticare DHA and Urelle. Net sales for these products in 2011 totaled $30.4 mln. As part of the transaction, Meda will offer positions to ~60 employees who directly support these products.
