Maybe the Korean NPU factory started production. Last time, we run up 5 days in a row before the news was announced. Big boys game but I guess all longs already have taken position. Would like to see us braking The .03 wall today to get confirmation of good news coming. If new contracts are announced I will raise my sell price to .30.
