One thing that should be noted is an RS at the right time can be great. There is no rush to do anything, be it buyback or RS. The only time it will not matter is moving to NASDAQ, which requires $4 min trading stock. Going to NASDAQ would trump any negative on RS. BW need simply move to OTC QB then later QX, then meet all the other requirements for NASDAQ. Then amend articles of incorporation for an RS to about $6, file RS and move to NASDAQ the same day as RS. PPS is now $6 and investors and institutions will pile on.

By the way the $6 is just insurance. To stay on NASDAQ will require trading every day for 5 (up to 10 at their discretion) trading days above $4. Also keeps shorts from trying to slam it down because they know many institutions will pile in on any stock over $5. Some even $4.

Bottom-RS doesn't have to be bad if timed right and right conditions are orchestrated.

In the absence of that which is not, that which is, is not.
