Quasar Provides Corporate Update

JACKSONVILLE, FL, Sep 04, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (pinksheets:QASP) is pleased to provide this update to its shareholders and the investment community. The following details various certifications and matters where we have been focusing our efforts. 141 A-Cent Aviation, Inc. (Florida) has recently submitted its final phase of paperwork progressing toward the finalization of the 141 satellite location in Jacksonville, Florida. A-Cent is waiting on an inspector from the FAA to finalize the process. This accomplishment will allow A-Cent to be the only FAA Part 141 flight school located at Herlong Airport the revenue gained from this satellite location will be considerable. Quasar looks forward to announcing the grand opening of the Jacksonville location.

SEVIS A-Cent Aviation, Inc. (Colorado & Florida) are excited about the opportunity at hand. A-Cent is near the finalization of its SEVIS certification which will allow A-Cent to sponsor and train foreign students. Both A-Cent locations have completed the SEVIS inspection and are currently at the final stage of approval. Once A-Cent receives final approval which can be at any time, A-Cent can begin to sponsor and train foreign students and move forward with opportunities among foreign countries that have recently presented themselves to Quasar. Quasar will actively recruit and announce the prospective contracts as they are executed. We are currently working with third parties who have expressed an interest in placing students at our Colorado and Jacksonville locations. By contracting and working with these third parties Quasar believes it can build a pipeline of students to begin on fixed monthly schedules which will allow us to manage and control our costs more efficiently and provide revenue and income projections on a consistent basis for our investors

Legal Quasar would like to update the public as to the status of its pending litigation in the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court, Duval County, Florida filed against NHS Health Solutions, Inc. ("NHSH"), and Digenova. On July 18, 2012, the court heard Quasar's Motion for Summary Judgment against all counts of Digenova's counterclaim. Quasar's Motion for Summary Judgment was fully GRANTED by the Court against Digenova. This is significant as Quasar now faces no liability or litigation from our former CEO.

Quasar has filed a Motion to Intervene in another civil litigation filed in the same Court by NHSH in an attempt to have the courts recognize shares previously issued by them which were subsequently assigned to the Corporation as invalid. The Corporation intends to file a Motion for Declaratory Relief and an issuance of the legally owned control block of four hundred, forty two and one-half million shares of NHSH and any other shares of NHSH that belong to Quasar. The Corporation believes this action by NHSH has given Quasar an opportunity for a quick resolution of this issue aside from our other claims.

CATS & Comira A-Cent continues to operate its Computer Assisted Testing Service (CATS) in Colorado and the grand opening of the CATS testing center at Herlong Airport in Jacksonville, Florida has been successful. A-Cent is proud to announce that in addition to being able to facilitate FAA examinations it has recently received certification to operate as a second tier testing facility. This shall allow A-Cent to facilitate Comira testing. Comira is a full service testing company for licensure, certification, assessment and educational testing programs. Comira provides expertise throughout the entire testing lifecycle, including test development, computer-based testing and result management. This will allow the Corporation to realize additional revenues unrelated to the aviation industry at no additional costs or expenses.
