Since we don't know "what is" we can't really say "what is not" here with SRGE. Before you automatically be so sure that they are not working on uplisting to the OTCBB, I think you should consider what was PR-ed a while back which confirms that uplisting to the OTCBB is at least a thought and that just maybe the current delay with their filings is to prepare the company for the OTCBB. ...
