Like many others trading the same type of L2/Last-Sale 'screen' action, they were dropping the BID while the ASK stayed the same. I read that in real-time. All trading activity on Friday were BUYS. It doesn't show all buys though, lol It shows 480k as down volume http://www.profitspi.com/stock/view.aspx?v=price-and-chart&p=21058&i=PXIA&pv=recent-symbols&pp=PXIA#&&vs=634822896699110825 That is simply not true!] Look at the open price: Open .01 High .029 Low .0071 The ASK never ever changed... it was .029 during the entire process. How could that be with a normal trading pattern, it can't be with this many shares traded. Also add this... the last report which is probably accurate stated: Shareholders’ Equity: Common stock, $0.0001 par value, authorized 89,000,000 shares, issued and outstanding 8,966,796 shares Float? let's say 50% of that. So, how can you trade 689,000 shares on a extreme dormant play, that's had less than 5,000 shares traded on average over the past year and no change up or down on the ASK? You can't!
You can't trade that much and not have the ASK move at least a little either up or down.
This is why again I believe Market Makers are either buying stock themselves because of what they know is coming, or, Market Makers are buying for themselves/others combined.
Most 10day alerts do not happen the next day but can again be dormant for up to 4-6 weeks after the alert. Most who activate a dormant symbol are smart enough not to expose themselves that quick for something to happen the next day!
Even better and I'll give them this much... at least they MASK the majority of buying as sells in 'down-volume'.
