Thank you all for the continue support of Sebastian River Holdings, we have so many exciting ventures and acquisitions ahead, I feel as though I'm bursting at the seams with information.
Today, we closed the final Equity Purchase Agreement of a publicly traded equity portfolio valued at $152,110.00 (USD). The "EPA" was finalized and subject to customary terms and conditions. This portion of our business is essential to our business model’s continued growth and diversification, we really consider it our bread and butter.
Furthermore, we have targeted additional acquisition opportunities in the Casino Entertainment sector, while our initial entry will be through the completion of the current target, we have opened many opportunities for rampant growth in the immediate term. Our strategic approach to enter this mult-trillion dollar industry gives us a leading edge over privately held companies and in terms of shareholder value.
