The level of misinformation given here is amazing

1 There is no cancellation of 740 million shares
2 There is no new non toxic lending coming and the 14C states the purpose of proceeds is to repay existing and for future toxic loans
3. IMDS has stated they have had not had any communication with the IRS regarding the existing lien for unpaid payroll taxes.
4. IMDS has $1500 in the bank and over 5 million in debt.
5. Patents mean nothing on a product no one wants and you cannot sell. IMDS lists their total assets as less than 700k, so they don't value these patents as worth much
6. The 510k was rejected a year ago and how do you sell a machine in Mexico when it is not certified for approval in that country. That is why the machine is sitting in a warehouse unused for a year.
7. No news ever came, like all the other fairy tales promoted.
