On June 14, 2012, ATP filed a case against the United States government in the United States Court of Federal Claims, currently pending as case no. 1:12-cv-00379 (FMA), in which ATP is seeking recovery of monetary damages for the government’s actions in connection with the moratoria.

*No mention of the amount of damages sought was mentioned here. I personally don't expect any recovery from this claim so if they do get something it will be a bonus.
