Im havent got in yet, but have been following it for a year or so, as they are in my area. A few things I can say though, is that every single one is always busy and they are continually adding shops. People love it. On the other end, I have no idea if management will ever start caring about the stock side of things, and there could be cause for large dilution in the future for any major expansion. But again, on the business side of things, they seem to be doing very well, and growing at a slow pace. Ill continue to watch, but at some point wouldnt mind starting a position, even if its just a small one. Good luck.
