How's this for a conflict of interest...Westor Capital has recently merged with the pink sheet company United Consortium Ltd. (UCSO)

Now take a look at the officers for UCSO...specifically the counsel/secretary which is named as one Jonathan Leinwand.

The same Jonathan Leinwand which is the legal counsel for MPIX!

So...to sum up...the lawyer for Westor Capital and the lawyer for MPIX is the same guy! I'll go ahead and stop here but it is very obvious what is going on with this recent announcement.
