On no news? Maybe its a friends and family trade. If my math is correct that was 6 trades totaling 100,000. Do we know what was bought or sold. Do you have a L3 to see the trades?

I can't see 6 trades for 16,666 each going off totaling 100,000 shares and its not trading at $1.00

Help me understand.
