Today's rumor (www.pennyprophet.com):

The company right now is in the process of closing installing video camera's ontop of traffice lights in Atlanta 1 month from now. From sources the project will cost the city about 3.2m dollars which all goes to the company. The project should take about 2 weeks to finish and the pps is great right now. I would suggest buying under .06 until the PR is released. Current pps is .025/.03
