Lebaneseproud -- here are the facts, well summarized, ACA v. House(Ryan) 2013 Budget (including ACA repealed) v. just ACA repealed, and with full detail -- with this talking point Lowry's full of crap, the House budget cuts $205B more net (leaving aside the repealed ACA increased revenues to Medicare) over 10 years -- as per his usual (coupla little vids included) -- and of course that $700B number represents decreased future growth in costs, or decreased Medicare deficit, over (I think) the next 10 years; the Medicare deficit reduction under ACA is projected at $1.2T over 20 years; and of course the ACA extended Medicare Part A Trust Fund solvency by 12 years to 2029:
