MORE DD on QWTR SCAM:

Looking for a common thread between Erwin Speckert and any other individuals possibly connected with the 30,500,000 share float we discovered the following:

http://www.newswire.ca/en/story/24153/tsx-venture-exchange-daily-bulletins

"
Insider equals Y/
Name ProGroup equals P/ No. of Shares

Mary Little Y 25,000

(Stephen Nano) Y 10,000
Talman Alliance S.A.
(Ralf Sommer) P 100,000

(Paul van Eeden) P 50,000
Robert Barber Y 10,000
"

As you recall SIHL Investments was shown as owning 2,000,000 post split shares of QWTR. But here is what is even more interesting.

Several days after this disclosure was distributed by the Toronto Stock Exchange news service the following unusual release was sent out:

http://tmx.quotemedia.com/article.php?newsid=5541744&qm_symbol=MRZ

Documentation was filed by the Company with the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") which incorrectly states the beneficial owners of Talman Alliance SA and Sihl Investments. This erroneous information was publicly reported, without the knowledge of the Company, by a major media service in a release issued on May 23, 2007. In fact, Talman Alliance SA is owned by Resource Project Partners 1 Ltd., a non-registered BVI fund vehicle, and Sihl Investments is owned by Erwin Speckert, Swiss resident.

We don't necessarily believe this.. We think that the exchange may have issued the correct release and Speckert immediately proceeded to cover correct the "accident".

Why do we think this? Because the names of the two individuals mentioned as owning Talisman and Sihl: Ralf Sommer and Sasha Opel.

Sasha Opel, is a well known German stock promoter that runs a newsletter in Germany. Making the move to OTCBB would not seem out of the realm of possibilities.

Ralf Sommer appears to be a german investor based on this article:
http://www.stockhouse.com/cmspages/handler404.aspx?404;http://www.stockhouse.com:80/columnists/2011/nov/4/germans-love-silver,-gold,-and-canadian-junior-pro

We have no 5 possible individuals tied to the float ranking in order of importance:

1) Erwin Speckert
2) Dimitri Fortin
3) William John Voaden
4) Sasha Opel
5) Ralf Sommer
