SP going southern again and this in a stage of turning into regular production. Some 100 OZ have been produced and no news release yet.
Actual drill results and NI calculations are withheld towards the SH.
Management seems to be overloaded between getting this into production, resolving historic Larsen related problems and actual takeover discussions.
I understand Sprott´s obvious efforts to get rid of the 20% participation after more than 10 years without any interests and am glad that Waterton has been joint.
But all involved should remember the fair value of the company without looking at the "managed" share price:
Initial annual production ability of about 22K OZ
Loss brought forward of about 50 Million
This should make a fair SP value of about 1$ for any buyer
This in mind, we should have a close look to the coming moves of all related parties.
