The following excerpt was copied from the August 3, 2012 blog by Philip Verges titled "Why Crowdfunding Is Better Than The OTC For Start-Ups" I bolded two key parts.

"I am currently working to reorganize an OTC quoted company in which I am a substantial shareholder - Savanna East Africa, Inc. (NVAE). Until recently, the Company has been concentrating on the development early stage operations in Kenya. My updated plan (and beyond an executed letter of intent, not much more than a hope at this time) is for Savanna to acquire a new and more developed company while at the same time taking the existing subsidiary early stage business operations in Kenya to the CrowdFunding market. The current shareholders of Savanna would continue to be shareholders of the ongoing OTC Company with a newly acquired and more developed operation as well as becoming direct shareholders of a separate private company developing early stage operations in Kenya. The private company would seek financing through a CrowdFunding Internet portal. While the plan is not much more than a hope today, keep in mind that all businesses start as hopes and dreams."

"I intend to blog about the progress of the Savanna OTC / CrowdFunding business plan as it develops and unfurls as way for all entrepreneurs and individual (retail) investors to learn about the both the new CrowdFunding markets and the ongoing evolution of the OTC. Please check back frequently, share your thoughts and spread the word within your own networks."
