I've learned that the first thing you should do when looking at a penny is to go to the OTC filings page and go to the beginning of the filings and read forward.

Here's an excerpt from the earliest filing I could find:

5. Any Material reclassification, merger, consolidation or purchase or sale.
Solos Endoscopy was re-domiciled from Florida to Nevada 2005. It was then known as Prime
Capital Resources, Inc. When re-domiciled to Nevada, the name was changed to Viadux Health, Inc.
Recently, Viadux Health, Inc. acquired the business, assets and operations from Woodbine
Optical Corp. This operating business is known as Solos Endoscopy. Viadux Health, Inc. had its name changed
to Solos Endocscopy, Inc. Mr. Robert Segersten, principal of Woodbine Optical Corp. became the principal
shareholder of Solos Endoscopy, Inc.

It sort of sounds like crap (no pun intended). Obviously it has nothing to do with Endoscopy. I would look further if it was only one or two RM's as it could be an innocent company caught up in a scam, but this is pretty convoluted and having an optical company take over an endoscopy operation sort of seems strange. Not much in common there LOL!
