Does anyone seriously think that the MSE engineers will not be successful in replicating the lab results using MBS in the "live" cement plant run? These engineers have over two decades of experience in working with stack gasses. Does any seriously think that the MSE engineers do not understand EVERY possible variable which would encompass injecting MBS directly into the stack gasses in such a fashion as to end up with the same success that they had in the laboratory setting?

analyzing off gases from any process tested at the CDIF. lt will
also give the CDIF the needed modification to comply with the
required safety standards for storing and dispensing compressed
gases and to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency's and

NOW THE CHEMISTRY (again)


Why is the "LIVE RUN" at the cement plant going to succeed?

(Why is the hot-run a "given"?)

Basically, because of the the laws of chemistry.

The composition of the chemicals that MBS is made from is in a definite formulation. The structural arrangement of these chemicals are also important as their particular arrangement creates an affinity where certain atoms or molecules have the tendency to bond. MBS has an affinity for mercury. The chemical laws do not change because a "hot-run" is now being conducted versus any previous "live-run", or "bench-testing" in a laboratory setting. Not possible. The testing that is being done is to present different variables so that the performance of MBS/IFS2c can become better known for purposes of running the cement kilns as efficiently as possible from both a monetary standpoint, AND an EPA compliance standpoint. Do not stress about the live-run. MBS/IFS2c has already worked, and MUST continue to work. The laws of chemistry do not change, nor cease to exist from one day to the next.


There is a "BENCHMARK" designation in our future.

The EPA, and DOE will both be present for this testing.
This run will start on August 7th through August 21st.
