To Runway: I respectfully beg to differ. As of July 19th, at 5:01PM, KoolTEl is only "a part of this deal" IF ASYI WANTS it to be a part of this deal. And if you stand back and look at the big picture, you'll clearly see that there's absolutely no place for KoolTel, and its undocumented revenues, and it's inability to state where it's incorporated, and it's failure to show the existence of a V.P, or a Secretary, or a Treasurer, or even a BOD. And then there's the problem of the HUNDREDS OF PISSED-OFF CONSUMERS AND ALL THE COMPLAINTS THEY'VE FILED REGARDING ALLEGATIONS THAT KOOLTEL HAS ILLEGALLY CRAMMED THEIR MONTHLY TELEPHONE BILLS. That kind of stinky baggage will NOT go over well with the CEO of GCS, nor the polished resume of Salman Ullah of Merus Capital (one of ASYI's primary shareholders).
Wells is a smart guy. He got his pay-off and took his family on a one-week vacation.
Let's all now just leave him be! (He'd no doubt give me a followmark for this post, if he could).
