Very true. Don't know how long it will take to come up with the $$billions of new military equipment, but no doubt many have eyes on the pie for their slice, all the while trying to find ways to reduce military expenditures. With all the claims of reduced artic ice, claims that a northern route across the artic will be happening in a few years, they seem to leave out the part that the new equipment would have been necessary anyway.
