I had called and spoke to the clerk at the front desk a couple months ago. She told me the new system was running fine and with no problems. They have received positive reviews from guest that used the new system.
I wouldn't be concerned about him not answering the phone or emails. He's probably getting a lot of calls from cry babies, that don't want to take responsibility for their own poor investment decisions.
