WHY ELI 216 IS A GAME CHANGER AND A GREAT BUY NOW
1) Let's start with the most obvious. Elite has been awarded the Eli 216 Patent~~~FOR ALL OPIOIDS!

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/elite-pharmaceuticals-announces-issuance-u-133141145.html
"The issuance of this patent is an important milestone for the company. It validates our pharmacological approach to the development of abuse-resistant drug products and provides additional value for these products," said Jerry Treppel, Elite's Chairman and CEO.

Notice JT says development of abuse-resistant drug products plural. There will be several products Elite will be able to market plural!

2) Abuse of opioid drugs hits an all-time high!!!

Some 210 million prescriptions were written last year for opioid medications, Nora Volkow, head of the National Institute on Drug Abuse, told CBS "60 Minutes."

Notice the abuse of opioids are being driven by an over abundance of doctors, Aprn's, and Physician Assistants prescribing addictive opiods!

Since the shootings, several doctors in the New York area have been arrested on charges of improperly prescribing painkillers to patients in a practice Laffer described at his sentencing as "doctor shopping." That's where addicts learn of physicians willing to dole out prescriptions for painkillers with few or no questions asked.

3a) The FDA understands the history of Opioid abuse and its need for an abuse resistant product such as Eli 216!! What is out there is not working!!!

But Pfizer noted in a statement that the potential to abuse the drug via these routes still exists and "there is no evidence that Oxecta has a reduced abuse liability compared to immediate-release oxycodone."

3b) The FDA is trying to take steps to force companies to develop abuse resistant opioids!
http://www.genengnews.com/insight-and-intelligenceand153/fda-iom-point-to-need-to-ramp-up-development-of-abuse-resistant-and-novel-nonopioid-pain-meds/77899581/
Addressing Leerink Swann’s Global Healthcare Conference last month, Janet Woodcock, M.D., director of FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, included development of abuse-resistant opioids and novel nonopioid pain therapies among the agency’s priorities this year. Dr. Woodcock spoke eight months after the Institute of Medicine issued a “blueprint for action,” calling for increased coordination of government, business, and academic efforts to improve pain prevention, care, education, and research by 2015.

NOTICE BY 2015!!! ELI 216 STANDS AN EXCELLENT CHANCE TO BE MARKETED WAY BEFORE 2015 AND HAVE A NICE JUMP ON THE COMPETITION!!
