I looked through the 12 trial papers I have for second-line NSCLC looking for complete responses (CR).
It seems the control arms (docetaxel + placebo) produced more than the treatment arms, but in all cases
CR < 2 %, with most < 1% and a bunch with 0%. If we assume a 1% rate of CR for this trial, then
the control arm (doce) would be 0 CR, and the treatment arms (bavi + doce) would be 1 CR.
If there were say 4 CR in the treatment arms that would be 5%. That would be an extra added bonus.
