Gold Fields to buy out ORSUF interest in Talas mine, for $10 million, PLUS buy additional $10 million in private placement shares and warrants, with 25 million units priced at .40 for a share, and 1/2 a warrant to purchase at .50

So Gold Fields thinks that ORSUF should be valued at nearly .40 a share--- at least double the current price!
