I've run the numbers on that 4,000 BOEPD cash flow -- even if the OS goes to 500M shares (and imo that's highly unlikely) we can still hit $1.24 a share, based on $85/barrel oil and 50% production costs.
I call that conservative.

340/2 = $170K per day (expenses)
$170K per day (net) X 365 days = $62M profit annually.
$62M net/500M OS (again, imo this assumes an unlikely scenario)
