It doesn't matter whether the judge gave marty a year or fifteen years. marty has no evidence and there will be no trial on his pretend claims. IMO. There will be a trial on Wallace's lawsuit against marty, however. GOSY tried to get that lawsuit dismissed and was DENIED. Not deferred---DENIED.

And yes, GOSY's pretend claims against Wallace are being asserted against the right person. So what? Wallace's real claims are being asserted against the right person, correct?
