Compare the people at MNLU to the people here (directors, officers, Brent Pierce is listed as owning about 21% of MNLU back in 2009 apx). Note that Rahim jivraj was a director at MNLU and resigned back in 2010 (apx) and he and moved the Mercer Gold, and there is one director still common to MNLU and Mercer Gold, and the CFO of MNLU is also the CFO at Mercer Gold:
