"That usually means a bankruptcy!"... solely your opinion only. And you still have yet to provide a link that clearly states bankruptcy and do to that bankruptcy the mine was not for sale.

As for the newspaper article, of course only "certain" things were wrong (again based solely on opinion and "certain" things were right, funny how that works huh?

Providing start up costs associated with any other company or mine as your proof of anything dealing with start up costs for Chloride is again smoke, as each individual mine has "it's own" individual problems and needs. Heck that would be just like saying it costs the same to build a 2 bedroom house as id does a 10 bedroom mansion.
