UNLAWFULLYand WITHOUT the MANDATE of the ENCLUSIVE GOVERNMENT."

PM Tsvangirai continues, " There is no such Government position
because NO such Issue has been discussed and dagreed upon by the
CABINET." Government has not Sanctioned the Minister Kasukwere's
actions that are a TREAT TO INVESTMENT IN THE COUNTRY."
