Check out SEGI for one that has begun to come off bottom on some low volume. Moved from .0013 - 0023 so far and appears pretty thinly traded. The 52-week high of this one is in the .05 range. I keep hearing good things about this one going forward. Might be a watch for volume play. GLTA!
