I do think things are changing and they will all settle or resign. IDCC has too strong of a position in both 3G and LTE 4G to not get paid. Stop and think how many companies did pay for 3G and they had engineers and lawyers and they felt they was infrigning and paid. That speaks volumes in the long run on chances of getting paid for 3G.

I wish I knew who we could write to and get pressure put on the CAFC to render a decision pro or con but to drag this out is almost criminal in my opinion, and no way to jstify it.
